Indemnity for Use of Owerri Property Real Estate Website
This Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the user (“User”) of the Owerri Property Real Estate website (the “Website”) and Owerri Property as represented by Camdaz Global Ventures (“Company”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Purpose
This Agreement is designed to protect the Company from any liability or legal consequences arising from the User’s actions or use of the Website.
2. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from:
2.1. User’s use of the Website, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
2.2. User’s interactions or transactions with any third parties or users of the Website.
2.3. Any content or information posted, uploaded, or provided by User on the Website.
2.4. Any act or omission by User that causes harm, damage, or legal consequences to the Company or any third party.
3. Defense of Claims
In the event of any claim, demand, suit, or action arising out of the matters covered by this Agreement, User agrees to promptly notify the Company in writing and cooperate fully in the defense of such claim. The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by User.
4. Limitation of Liability
User acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from User’s use of the Website or any information obtained from it.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
